The Oscar nominated actor is set to board Guy Moshe\u2018s action thriller Hotel Tehran opposite Zachary Levi, who Deadline first told you about. Also joining the Liam Neeson feature to handle worldwide distribution is Rocket Science alongside previously announced Oakhurst Entertainment, Astral Future and Dreamtime Films. The movie will start shooting later this summer.<\/p>\n
Moshe wrote the script with Mark Bacci (Prisoner\u2019s Daughter), from an original idea by Bazzel Baz (The Blacklist), a former CIA Intelligence Special Operations Group Officer.<\/p>\n
Producers are Astral Future\u2019s Matthew G. Zamias (Boxing Day), Oakhurst\u2019s Marina Grasic (Canary Black, Crash), Wendy Sweetmore of Dreamtime Films and Moshe. Bazzel Baz is an EP with Astral Future\u2019s Harel Kodesh, Justin C. Oberman and Arbel Kodesh.<\/p>\n
Moshe said, \u201cI\u2019m thrilled to welcome Liam Neeson to Hotel Tehran. He is a true thespian and an icon in our industry. The character he plays, Larry, is complex, irreverent, and inspired by real people. I know his fans around the world will relish seeing him inhabit this distinct role and I can\u2019t wait to be there to capture it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Zamias added, \u201cWe have long since been an admirer of Mr. Neeson\u2019s storied career. His casting in this role represents a highlight of ours and we are counting the days until we get on set.\u201d<\/p>\n
