With over twenty years of entertainment business and legal affairs experience, Robin Hilman serves as Of Counsel at Ramo Law where she advises clients in all general entertainment matters, including on all above the line guild issues. Recent projects she’s worked on include Guy Ritchie’s ”The Interpreter” and Michael Mann’s ”Ferrari.”  

Robin began her entertainment career in business affairs at The William Morris Agency before moving to SAG-AFTRA, where she spent 8 years advising on financial assurances, contracts, and secured transactions on over 2,000 film and television projects. After that Robin served as counsel to independent film producers and production companies, handling development and production legal on films such as ”Dirty Grandpa.” She then served as Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Miramax, where she oversaw a variety of deals on projects including the 2018 reboot of ”Halloween,” Guy Ritchie's ”The Gentlemen,” ”The Perfection,” and ”Silent Retreat.” In addition to Miramax’s film slate, she also had significant roles with rights management, corporate administration, consumer products and litigation. Robin also formerly served as Chief Operating Officer at One Community, a social impact and content company, where she oversaw all company operations.
