Lindsey Wagner

With a background in litigation and transactional matters for both employees and employers, Lindsey Wagner brings her previous employment attorney experience to Ramo Law, advising clients on, amongst other matters, employment deals, employment and severance agreements, and all employment compliance questions.


Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, she has Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and Journalism from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University in Gulfport, Florida, with a concentration in International Law. During her time at Miami University she studied at Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville, Spain, and in law school she studied in the United Kingdom at the Stetson Law Autumn in London Program. Subsequently, she earned a Certificate in Health and Hospital law from Seton Hall School of Law.

After graduating law school, Lindsey worked as an associate at an insurance litigation firm before commencing her career as a labor and employment lawyer as a Partner with Scott Wagner and Associates, P.A., serving clients in Florida, California, and Ohio. Her practice included assisting employers and employees in employment litigation (state and federal) and arbitration matters as well as employment-related counseling and compliance. This included workplace training and workplace investigations, drafting handbooks and workplace policies. She also handled litigation matters as lead attorney in state and federal courts involving Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination claims, whistleblower claims, and restrictive covenants/employment agreement disputes.


Lindsey is the Founder of Moxie Mediation, where she provides mediation services with a focus on entertainment and employment law, as well as workplace harassment training and third-party neutral workplace investigation services.


Lindsey is also passionate about her volunteer work with the legal community. She serves on the Executive Council for the Florida Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, Employee Co-Chair for Membership Outreach with the Labor and Employment Committee for the American Bar Association, and Dinner Committee Co-Chair and Editorial Board Member of LA Lawyer Magazine for the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) Labor and Employment CLE Committee.


Lindsey splits her time between California, Florida and Ohio. Her hobbies include hiking, travel, photography, cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers, and spending time with her family.
