Elliot Hill brings his expertise as a corporate attorney with a focus on general corporate and corporate transactional matters to his role at Ramo Law. Elliot began his career in London where he first worked for Big Law, then a multi-national investment bank, leading IPOs, M&A transactions and fundraisings for a wide range of clients that extended from FTSE 350 listed entities all the way through to private, emerging growth companies.  

After moving to New York City, Elliot worked directly with a portfolio of entrepreneurs within the creative and digital media spaces, successfully partnering with them to build their businesses and realize their dreams. On moving to Los Angeles, Elliot worked for a boutique law firm specializing in emerging growth and venture backed entities on M&A transactions, venture fundings, and general corporate matters. 

Licensed in both California and England & Wales, Elliot brings a multijurisdictional, solution-focused approach to help innovators on both sides of the Atlantic navigate regulations and business requirements while maintaining their creative vision.
