Since joining Ramo Law as a Law Clerk in 2021 and becoming an Associate in 2022, Daniel has spent the early stages of his career providing legal services to clients across all aspects of the film and television industry. Specializing in unscripted production legal work and distribution and financing transactions, Daniel has provided production legal counsel for Image Nation (“The Ambush,” “Watcher”) and the Solution Entertainment Group. Along with his extensive production legal experience, Daniel regularly provides distribution legal counsel to a growing number of independent filmmakers and producers with varying levels of experience in the industry.

Born and raised in Chicago, Daniel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with degrees in Marketing and Business Management. Following undergrad, Daniel received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center where he focused his studies on film, music, and sports law. While in law school, Daniel clerked for Saadeh P.C., an entertainment boutique based out of Washington, D.C.
