Blayne DeGiovanni provides production legal and development counsel for scripted and unscripted projects. She has in-depth experience drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly on the talent and management side, for live and streaming performances, television and film production, and other commercial projects. Blayne offers a tailored and creative approach when working with clients. In her time at Ramo Law, Blayne has had the privilege of working on projects such as 2023 Tribeca premiere “Diarra From Detroit,” Yale Productions’The Kill Room,” and “Best of Stand-Up 2022” from All Things Comedy on Netflix.

Prior to joining Ramo Law, Blayne managed the global contracts department for a music and talent booking agency in Miami and London, which provided her vast exposure to the art of negotiations as well as critical contract provisions. Her 360-degree review of contracts and agreements helps clients identify and address risks.

Blayne earned her J.D. and LL.M from the University of Miami School of Law, concurrently, in Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law. During law school, she represented children in the dependency system as an intern in the University of Miami Children and Youth Law Clinic.
