Recently named among Variety’s 2023 Legal Impact Report transactional attorney honorees and 2022 Dealmakers Impact Report, Michelle has been instrumental in executing Ramo Law’s unscripted initiative and expanding the department since joining the Firm in 2010. As Managing Partner she co-runs the Firm, overseeing clients and helping to meet the increasing production demands in the feature and episodic space. She provides comprehensive business and legal affairs to independent, award-winning premium documentary and docu-series production companies Boardwalk Pictures (“Chef’s Table,” “Cheer”), Scout Productions (“Queer Eye”), and Campfire Studios (“The Way Down”), and she serves as production and business affairs counsel for clients such as The Solution Entertainment Group, Hasan Minhaj’s 186K Films, Hunting Lane Films, and Image Nation.
